Your menu doesn’t just list the food and beverage items for your restaurant, it can be a great marketing tool for your business. Here are some tips for how to creatively leverage your menu to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
- Offer a la carte – Allow patrons to select 20 meals worth of a la carte ingredients, such as Crisp & Green’s salad mixes, grains, cold and hot ingredients, beverages, snacks, whole fruits, prepared proteins, and dressings. Ingredients can be assembled at home, or refrigerated and enjoyed throughout the week
- Make it craveable – Research the most searched for dishes in your area and make sure you’re offering a selection of what your customers are craving.
- Use it for line social distancing – Place social distancing stickers on the floor with a QR code to your menu or website. This will allow your customers to view the menu while waiting and expedite the ordering process.
- Collaborate with vendors – Depending on the holiday or occasion, team up with local vendors, like a florist, to provide packaged deals to-go. This will provide a one-stop-shop for customers in addition to a cross promotional opportunity with those vendors.
