Events and Activations

Hosting events, either in person or virtually, is a creative way to engage consumers. Some ideas include:

  • Online Cooking Classes – Use underutilized chefs to upsell take-home pre-portioned meals. Host a live Zoom class with your chef to walk customers through how to make their meals and receive tips and tricks from your chef. This will give the customer an experiential dinner and is a great upsell for your restaurant.
  • Frontline Appreciation – Promote dine-in by offering a frontline heroes promotion for all of those that have put themselves at risk to serve others. Include first responders, healthcare workers, as well as employees for larger retail companies like Publix, Whole Foods, Walmart etc. Offerings can include discounted meals, cocktails etc.
  • Behind the Scenes on Social – Take audiences behind the scenes by going live on Instagram. Connect with your customers by showing them how the magic happens behind the scenes and highlighting the back of the house employees who are working hard to serve customers and facilitate takeout orders.
